Help with the Karaoke Tool in Aegisub

I want to have each of the English letters I added in the episode title appear individually on screen at the same time as the Japanese letters, which are burned in. I saw this video on how to use the karaoke tool in Aegisub, but it still confuses me, because it doesn't have to do syncing to the audio. Could someone please help me on what to do?

This type of stuff you should always look for automation scripts. DependencyControl lets you install efficiently all of the ones you need.
