Thanks a lot for your valuable time helping me.
This is the link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rfscVS0vtbw
Note: I am using this Chrome extension to run it at high speed to save time: Video Speed Controller
So the video is played in 2x, or 4x, and I am recording it using Camtasia 8, but when I edit it to reset the speed to 100 %, it screws the sound.
So how to fix it?
Do I need to record it using another tool?
What should be done?K! -
Use https://www.y2mate.com if you're lazy or can't run a command. Never record a youtube video since there will always be tools to help you directly download the video.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I am afraid that it is not a matter of being lazy, my friend, but the computer can not run anything except these files.
I can not even download anything; if I try, I get access denied when I want to save any file to disk.
Also, there is no USB.
Those are terrible restrictions.
I do hope you understand.K! -

Thanks a lot for your fast reply and for helping me.
This computer is at my school.
I do not have internet at home, but only in my school.
I live in a 3rd world developed country in Africa, so please excuse my poor situation as I am just trying to capture the video at high speed and then edit it in Camtasia, reset it to regular speed, and then copy it to DVD writer as no USB working in that PC.
So I use the computer lab class, open YouTube, and run the video at 2x or 3x or even 4x and record it with Camtasia, then edit it to a .mp4 file and send it to the DVD writer on the same computer.
I am not very technical in understanding this, but it happens when I do it.
I can record it as OK.
But when I change the play speed, it screws the audio.K! -
Recording a 4-hour-long video with high speed and then setting it back to normal after recording is not a viable solution and frankly, I don't even think it can work in theory. The audio/video is gonna come out as distorted after setting it to normal speed. Try and fix your Chrome access denied problem. What happens if you try and save an image with your browser, does it work? Post screenshot with error.

You can capture. And the file, that has been captured and that you edit in Camtasia is also a file, and it is saved on your harddisk, and finally you burn it on DVD.
So why exactly can't you use y2mate.com and save the file and burn this file on the DVD? Is Camtasia pre-installed and allowed to save files, but your browser maybe is not?
Oh. Was answered before. -
I can not ask for Chrome permission to save files because the lab class is only to open YouTube and regular websites like the current one but online games and other websites are blocked, so if I asked how to save the file, it would be a problem for me.
Even cell phones are not allowed in lab class.
The idea struck me that this computer has been used to record tutorials for students since COVID-19, so I thought I would use that to have a video with me at home on a DVD because only DVDs are allowed.
I know that the internet is accessible in the West or Europe and America, but this is not the case here.
What other options do I have?
Sorry for bothering you but I do hope if you may helpK! -
System tools even work on the Moon.
Do you know what 'cmd.exe' is?
Can you run this file?
Take screenshots. -
I am sorry if I annoyed you; I apologize.
Yes, the CMD refers to the black screen of the command prompt.
No, I can not run it.
I can not have a screenshot. I've tried to hit the print screen, open Winword, and click paste, and it pasted nothing, so I guess the print screen function key is not working because the copy and paste work fine in Winword.
I do hope to find a solution to be able to have a copy of the video. The lab is about 90 minutes, and I hope to get the 4-hour video.K! -
'No, I can not run it.'
What does it mean? Write in detail what you do and how you do it. -
Since this video is for Python. Can you even run a Python script on that lab PC of yours? If you can't even do this then the alternative would be to partially record it. An hour once, another hour another time, etc. These restrictions are absurd, and even with those you should be able to download through the browser a file. Even if it denies you this, you can grant yourself the access. Run Chrome as admin, change the download location, etc.

Thanks a lot for your time helping me sir,
I open the windows explorer, I open the windows folder, I open the system32 folder, then I open the CMD.exe, nothing happened when I double clicked it, so I right click and run as admin, then it asked for an administrator login.
These are the detailed steps.
I do hope if you can helpK! -

A few ideas:
- Try Video DownloadHelper and see if it can bypass the writing limitation.
- Change your Chrome "User Data" folder, located in: %localappdata%\Google\Chrome (you can either rename the "User Data" folder to something else, or just delete it, then run Chrome: this should create a new Chrome profile, hopefully unblocked). You can alternatively use the --user-data-dir flag in a Chrome shortcut.
- Record the 4-hour video in different days. In four days you should have all the parts, when you have all of them burn them to DVD.
- Try Video DownloadHelper and see if it can bypass the writing limitation.
