    I found Staxrip, a video-encoding gui that includes QTGMC. My problem is that I don't know what settings determine the speed without affecting the quality of the encoding. Can someone help? Or should I use something else like ffmpeg, avisynth, or virtualdub2?

    I process multiple files but with the same settings. Not sure if you can batch with individual settings for each.
