    Hi guys,

I placed a MP3 file as background music for all my DVD menus , using Ulead DVD Workshop.

But each time I go from one menu to another the MP3 starts playing from beginning. I would like it to play continuously and seemlesly.
Is there a way to do that ?

Also, is it better to use WAV files instead of MP3 files ?
I have heard some people having problems with MP3 , maybe due to the bitrate ?

    Thank´s .

Ulead automatically converts the mp3 to wav. Because it is not possible to have mp3 in dvd-video/menus/backgrounds.

    Hi Baldrick,

    Thank's for the info.
But how about the main point of my thread, that is,
how to avoid the background music to restart each time
I change from one menu to another ?

    Thank's

  4. I'm not aware of a way to do this. You could have different music for each menu.

Unfortunately, each menu has it's own music and starts from the beginning when that menu is selected.

You can use a wav, mp3 and mpeg 1 layer 2 audio file. The mp3 and mpeg1 layer 2 are converted to wav. Unless you are cramped for disk hard disk space I wold use wav.
