    Has anyone else encountered this issue?

    For instance, when watching free movies on YouTube (like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqnWMmN6Y8Q), the playback speed starts off normally and then suddenly drops to zero, as it's shown in the screenshot below (download speed 0 bytes/second)

    Problem solved. Thanks @ElCap.
    Aria2c with proxies are much faster than yt-dlp's native downloader.
