I have an SVHS video player
I would like to capture it on the computer while watching it on TV.
I have an SVHS TV with SVIDEO input and SVIDEO output.
If I will connect the SVHS player directly to the PC and not thru the TV, will it have better capture quality?
(It's an old SVHS Tube TV with very good quality)
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

Definitely. You always want to use the most direct connection possible. The TV would just add another potential for signal loss and degradation.

I'm not aware of a TV that has a video out, That's an oddity, Are you sure about that?
