    I have a Sony PXW-Z190V professional camcorder but have not used it much because I am an amateur! I am having trouble accessing some of the menu options particularly the "User Menu with Lock". Can anyone help me please?

    This camera came with a really extensive manual. Did you look on page 83 where it talks about setting the menu. Maybe that will help.

    Of course if it was acquired s/h the previous owner might have changed the pw. Then there should be a change to 'factory default' setting somewhere.
