Streaming mp4 File live in m3u8 playlist

Hello , i want to Stream Mp4 file continuously to m3u8 playlist , the mp4 file period is 1 min i'm writing a script that is replacing the mp4 file every one minute i'm using this script

ff mpeg -y -i last.mp4  -tune zerolatency -c:a aac -b:a 128k -f hls -hls_time 1 -hls_flags append_list+delete_segments -hls_list_size 80 -segment_list_flags +live  -strftime 1 /var/www/html/playlist.m3u8

but the playlist file is restarting every 1 min so any one can help to make the playlist continuous not dropping every one minute ?
