I have been using (when needed!) DVDSubEdit, and it always works for me.
Only issue is the working screen in the program is just too small for me.
In widescreen movies, I prefer subtitles (single line) in the bottom bar, & more than one (generally 2 lines) to be split between the bottom bar & actual movie. With the small screen, sometimes I have the top (or bottom) actual subtitle displayed partially in both screen & movie. (dont know why but this bugs me).
Anyways, is there a way of making the programs 'screen' larger?
Or a better subtitle editor?
Mainly I use it to move st's up or down, remove informational lines = [music] - [door slams] etc etc.
