Downloading from cloudfront.net player

I used to download the videos and decrypt them just fine till May 31st when the extension stopped working.
Is there another way to download the video or get the keys or at least record the video quickly?
I tried tubedigger but it can't play the video (says please enable protected content in your browser)
So is there another app that records the video without the extra stuff appearing? (mouse pointer and pause button...)

I tried it but it doesn't work on DRM videos

not "normal mode" but "capture mode" (click on extension and see option)
capture mode is record from desktop. with or without DRM.
if you play video, you record from your browser
