I use foobar to encode audio, AAC encode has two options: VBR and CVBR. VBR can’go over than 320kbps, and CVBR has the maximum bitrate in 512.
there’s a way to select a bitrae above 640? because i want to encode a 7.1 audio, and what is CVBR? is best or worse than VBR?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

AFAIK, the AAC specs define 256 kbps per channel as the maximum bitrate allowed...
I use an old version of foobar2000, so don't know what might be the cause of your problem
I presume both qaac and NeroAacEnc have no restrictions regarding bitrates"Programmers are human-shaped machines that transform alcohol into bugs."
