Then I tried to download the file with ffmpeg:

but I get the following error:

I do not know if something is wrong in the final link and that is why I cannot download it or maybe it is necessary to log in (I do not know how to do it) to be able to download the file.

has the same problem as your url. The key license server is not accessible.

You should ask the person who posted that image. They likely obtained the license server auth (or key) by some other means.

How to solve?

downloading the video for me is easy but I can't get the key with the chrome extension, does anyone know any other way to get the key?

but, the video always downloads with the Default Audio ENGLISH, but I can not reach the Video with the other Tracks.
I already tried to add the command: --hls-audio-select "*" to the streamlink, but it does not do anything different.

I guess the problem Is that from the begining the getmedia? link is giving me the m3u8 but only in ENGLISH.

algo what i See is that my "https://securehls-" link
is a little different:
at the end, they add the path: /excqht/2500000/
