    i downloaded a couple Dvix that's in PAL format (so the frame rate will be different than the NTSC) and I already know how to make VCD from Divx (using virtual dub and TMPGEnc) but i'm wondering what kind of setting would i have to change from normal convertion inorder to make this into a NTSC vcd.
