Im using a WinTV GO card - and this card I have found so far doesn't capture at above 320x240 without dropping frames -
the divx 5 pro bundle adds extra optios to your capturing abillity and one of them is resizing to another frame dimension.
my question is - can i get a truely larger frame when resizing while capturign o would it be like encoding it to a larger frame after I have already capped it?
