In my school we have the card Pinnacle DV500 and using Adobe Premiere 6.
And i notice that almost 3minutes of film takes 650mb when i capture from an dvcamera with Sonys dv codec into PAL dv size.
But home i use the card Pinnacle PCtv Pro with Huffman Lossless Codec.
And when i capture from my vcr into Virtualdub in PAL svcd size the files takes 1.3GB.
So is it possible to capture in virtualdub with Sonys DV codec on my PCtv Pro card?
If yes can i download the codec somewhere or is it expensive?
