Video editor without re-encoding ?

I'm looking for video editor without re-encoding and timeline as in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Also I need the option "Unlink video and audio".

Nope. Sorry. My telepathy is being rather telepathetic tonight and I can't pluck ANY of the information that might allow someone to help you from either brain cell! C'mon, give us a few hints . . . what video formats and codecs will you be working with? What sort of editing do you want to do? Is it straight forward editing or will you be wanting to clean up the picture, adjust colour, adjust brightness and/or contrast, add titling etc?

I work with .ts
I need to cut out the unnecessary fragments from the TV recording.
I do not edit the picture, color and text.

Videoredo is great for removing commercials from broadcasts without having to re-encode more than 10 frames at the beginning of each cut. Works well with MPEG2 and H.264 broadcasts along with the newest version supports HEVC (I think).

Yup, VideoRedo. You can also use ffmpeg, with or without GUI front end, if you want something free and don't mind a more difficult editing environment.

AviDemux - use Copy/Copy for video and audio.

Same here on avidemux, side bonus if its a m2ts capture it will keep the closed captions as long as you don't recode and save to a MTS again. I just pick a section with the up/down arrows for keyframes and cut away then export

So that I can swap out cut pieces and cancel the connection of audio from video.

When it comes to editing, nothing matches premiere for me. So I do my editing in premiere and once done, I export to edl.
(edl is almost a text file with information about your edit). Then I use SolveigMM Video Splitter (pro version) and I import the
edl file and simply hit save file as. It will save the edited file as instructed by the edl without re-encoding.

Note that that cute edl trick should only work properly on:
1. Intra-only codecs
2. Cutting at I-Frame/IDR frame boundaries
3. When using one of the codecs supported by Adobe Premiere's Smart Rendering function

I tried AviDemux, and used Copy/Copy for video and audio. When i went to choose the output format, and used Mp4 muxer, it gave me an error. When i used MKV muxer, it saved. The resulting MKV file is 6gb's. Got any suggestions?

I use Smart Cutter from Fame Ring and it is frame accurate editing software without re-encoding, So yours is not the only one on the market. I will give it a try though.

So yours is not the only one on the market.

It is if you want to work with multiple files in one project, as I described it. Other software is limited to working on one file at a time and then joining them through some other means or a different mode. Not very user friendly. I wanted to achieve something as close to NLEs like Vegas Pro or Adobe Premiere while still sticking to the principle of "no re-encoding". Screenshot to visualize:

Quick question, How does it not encode if you input files with different formats?

If the video metadata is not exactly the same there is a warning. If the user ignores the warning and exports anyway, I proceed with those files exactly the same. The results of such a thing can vary from not noticeable (two videos from the same device, but one is fractionally lower fps) to corrupted (two completely different codecs). Playback also depends on the video player, some can be more resilient than others, and adapt to the changes on the go.
