Can anybody help!!

I have just installed a WINTV USB and I am trying to get it to record TV programs using the RF aerial. I have had a look at the Help guides I it shows a setting and MPEG in the Capture section of the WINTV2000. I only have Still images. I also have TMPGENC installed.

I am missing anything??

The quality of the picture is not that good, but if I plug the aerial into a tv set the picture is fine. Is ther eany setting I need to look at.

My system is a AMD1800 with 512k memory about 80gig of disk.

Any help would be great.
