I have a problem I can't seem to fix. I had a TV Wonder VE card. I could not get Virtualdub to recognize it, and I did not like the quality when capturing with the included MMC. So, I uninstalled the MMC and tv card drivers and returned the card for a Wintv Go card. I just installed the new card, but windows thinks I still have an ATI TV Wonder VE!

When Win98 started after installing the card on the motherboard, it automatically loaded all of the ATI drivers. I took them out, but it reinstalled them again after I restarted. I tried installing the drivers for the Wintv Go, but I get an error saying it can't find the standard vfw drivers. They installed from the cd the first time, but I think the ATI driver installation is conflicting with everything. Now when I try to setup the Wintv card, I get that error and can't go any further. Also, the Wintv card does not show up anywhere under device manager. I can't make the ATI TV Wonder VE drivers go away. Just for clarity, there is no TV Wonder card installed, it has been returned.

I would really appreciate any help I can get, as I really want to try the new card. Thanks.
