registery Cover Art Corruption?

Yesterday I had to re-install MeGUI and update MPC-BE. But after doing so any time I ran MP4Box to add cover art to my mp4 files they would not display. Files I had done prior to the re-install/update displayed fine but none afterwards would.... This is driving me nuts...

* update * The only way I've found to be able to get the functionality back I had before was to install Icaros and all seems to be back to they way things were. So what does Icaros do on the fly? I'd like to put things to they way they were without having to install something I didn't have to before hand if possible.

I am running Windows 7 Pro.

Megui might have installed some different container/video decoder like ffdshow, lav filters, haali media splitter for mp4s that messes up the cover art.

I have no idea what you had before....or if just the windows 7 built in mp4 decoder. Maybe you can try change it with Win7DSFilterTweaker.
