Getting 120 ms delay with mkvmerge

I am trying to split a mkv file with mkvmerge (latest version) and everytime i split the file i get 120 ms delay .


First image is the one which shows 9ms delay.... is the original file.
2nd image is the one which shows 5s 159 ms.... after adding 5150 delay to audio
3rd is one of the two files after splitting which shows as 5s 159 ms delay to audio

Now the 4th one shows 141 ms delay to audio.Why is that? i never had this problem before

Ok i reverted to a very old version of klcodec K-Lite_Codec_Pack_960 and the problem seem to be gone....What is the problem with the new versions?
