Why do you want to crop? Is it wrong aspect ratio?
2.35:1 movies should contain black borders at top and bottom when you view it at a 16:9 display. Or else just zoom on your tv to get rid of them. -
No Sir i dont want to Zoom
Here is The File INFO

720p is 1280x720 and 16:9 aspect ratio. According to the MediaInfo report your movie is 1280x544 and 2.35:1 aspect ratio, which means somebody already removed the black bars from the picture, and your TV is putting them back.
To get rid of the black bars that the TV adds, you will need to crop 156 pixels worth of picture from both the right and left side of the movie, plus maybe resize from 968x544 to 1280x720. Alternately you could keep the whole picture by simply resizing from 1280x544 to 1280x720, assuming you don't mind the resulting distortion.
However, if you want to avoid any quality loss, you will need to learn to live with the black bars or zoom in using the TV. Cropping or re-sizing requires re-encoding and will reduce the quality a little. Also, since someone had to re-encode to remove the black bars, there has already been some quality loss. -

There's only two options. Resize to 1280x720 (16:9), which will stretch the picture and it'll look silly, or zoom in until the black bars are gone. The latter means you'll lose some of the picture from each side. If your player can't zoom the alternative is to use the crop funtion to remove 156 pixels from each side as usually_quiet suggested and re-encode. There's no need to resize (you could also resize back up to 1280x720 but I don't think there's much point). What's left will be 16:9 and it'll fill your screen. The end result will be exactly the same as using a player to zoom in, only you've removed some video from the sides permanently, and re-encoded it, but other than that, it's the same.
Stretching is ugly. Everything's stretched if all you do is resize. Zooming is better. I do it all the time on playback but my PC is my media player. I don't know if the average hardware player can zoom like that, but if you crop and re-encode as suggested the end result will be something like this. -

More likely the original mp4 was a 1080p.
Then:
If you remove the bars again: you will end up with a 480p video file. that can be playback "anywhere".
In another words:
The black bars "around" a video: called "Frame" include the 1080p or the 720p or 480p or 360p, etc.
If I was you:
I will try to get the 1080p version of it and learn to "live life" with the black bars.
Just saying.
