Have Winx DVD Ripper installed, but strange thing occuring

When i try to rip a DVD, it goes PAST the estimated time. For example, it says it will complete in 4mins 55secs, but then it reaches that point, the percentage of the completed video conversion says 99%, and it goes wayyyy past, at least another 10 minutes. It won't stop and successfully complete the conversion. Anyone know a fix???

Update it, perhaps. May be a protection method it can't handle causing an exception somewhere.

Because you are allowing to program to CONVERT after ripping/decrypting?
