resize whit Virtual dub

How can i add a black row only @ the bottom of the movie ?
When i use VD resize filter, i also got a black row @ the top

Or if you know filter that can make a stripes only behind the text.

The filter FILL, will put a box x1-y1/x2-y2 in any color.

It´s not working... the whole movies was black after i used the Fill filters whit 20 @ the top

I know this will sound counter-intuative...

Resize with black top and bottom ( I know you just want it at the bottom )
null filter - this is the key - select cropping and take the black off the top.

You can substiture for the null filter with whatever filter you would have normally used next, but if this is at the very end of the process, just use the null filter.

It got a black movi when i use Fill filters...

Dont use the fill filters..

Use the resize filter to put black bars top and bottom ( like your webpage )
Then use null filter and the croppting button on the filters dialog to crop the top black bar out of the video.

It works.
