I am a very beginner would like to learn video editing.
mainly I need to cut, trim, join, split, adding subtitle and title stays on during all playing time.

What is your source video files?
Do you want video effects, transitions, etc?
What do you want to output? Blu-ray, DVD, mp4, avi, wmv?

1- Source of files mp4.
2- Yes, I want video effects, transitions, etc and subtitle.
3- Output files are mp4 to upload to youtube.

Have you tried the obvious and very basic Windows Movie Maker?

I'm not advocating for WMM...it's just that it's something most casual and noob users attempt first...

windows movie maker won't installed on my pc.

Maybe you'd better list your system specs. Operating System version, Processor, RAM, video card, disk configuration.

Well, the good news is if you're the administrator there's no obvious reason the latest Windows Movie Maker won't load on that machine.

You might want to just go ahead and try Sony Vegas Movie Studio. There's a free trial period.
