Seeing as you just posted a screencap and linked to a site instead of an actual video I am assuming from the front page and the details of the screencap you want to try and download the MS Silverlight video........
As far as I know you can not download Silverlight video, the only thing you can do is a screen capture with software that records what is playing on your screen or desktop.

After download mp4 without the suffix "?vbegin=104&vend=8964", the video unfortunately stops at its half time of its time duration (1:14:13).Originally Posted by blimey

Agreed, but is strange that when download time is completed, the download time duration of the mp4 video (without the suffix) unfortunately is not fully completed and it stops at its half time of its time duration (1:14:13). The mp4 total time duration is 2:27:40Originally Posted by blimey

I am using Internet Download Manager and I do not know how to download a m3u8 stream.
Does anyone know?
