Best way to convert Divx to Mpg

What's the best app out there to convert a Divx to Mpg so I can burn it to a VCD? I know it's probally a lame question but I've tried to do this with Tmpgenc (ver. 2.53) but get "cannot open or unsupported" when trying to select the Divx file as the source.

Any advice would be very helpful.

TMPGEnc is great.

for that error thing, look to your left, click "how to - newbie" then "tmpgenc common problems"

If you have a missing codec it wont open in TMPGEnc, also check this out.

Select options > environmental settings
click the VFAPI plug-in tab
right click the "DirectShow" and select higher priority, do this several times until its at the top with a value of 4
