What problems arise when you attempt to use TMPGEnc? Any error mesages? If so, what are they exactly?

  3. well sometimes it'll say the mpa or dv file is unsupported, but alot of the time it gives me this error: read error occured at address 77f96760 at module ntdll.dll with 000200028. that is the exact message. it never happened to me before.

  4. Jedi: I can't really answer your question, but I use win 2000 pro. And I have used tmpg with it just fine, so I can't really help you out, but just letting you know this operating system and tmpg must be compatible.

  5. If you upgraded from another version of Windows, save all your files and start with a fresh install.

TMPGEnc works without problems on Win2k...as long as Win2k is working without problems.

  6. yeah my other pc has win98, so i installed tmpeg, and it workd fine. but im still having problems with tmpg on win2000. i think its because i dowloaded a bunch of different versions of tmpg, and installed them. thats why i want to know if i can delete the tmpg info out of the registry, and do a CLEAN install of tmpg. maybe all the registry entry's are causing some sort of conflict. not sure though but i'd like to try. so if anyone can tell me what to delete, i'd appreciate it.

the reason why i want to try that is because i had a problem with my video card because i had a bunch of different drivers, but when i deleted the driver info from the registry everything worked fine.
