    Hi experts!

    what format do i choose in tmpgenc if the file info says 24,991. Is it still pal, or?

    IŽd be grateful for an answer.

    It sounds like it might be a PAL avi that had a progressive audio sync problem, so someone dropped the video frame rate from 25fps to 24.991 to resync it, rather than doing it the right way (time stretching/scrunching the audio to sync it with the 25fps video).
