children in danger, please help, htc inspire rebooted while filming crime

hi, Iam not that computer savy I will upload or do whatever, my children are being placed in danger, crime was committed I was attempting to record I had 15 minutes of video or a lil more an htc phone rebooted when I plugged it into charger cause I got low battery signal, their is a video file 448mb big but in my videos section their is a !mark next to the play symbol , Ive tried all sorts of media players none will work, I copied it to my dell computer with windows7 operating system, real one, quick time, an windows media player would not work, all of them had their own reason, missing codec, corrupted file, etc, I believe since the phone was shut down the file wasn't saved properly, I need this video as evidence or the offender walks free, please, ill try to upload , if you can fix, im not ashamed, please email it back if you like juslookn1010@gmail.com or juslookn1010@ameritech.net which is yahoo, they seem to have larger file size mailing capabilities, im not sure, PLEASE HELP PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN

Bring it to the police. They will have access to the expertise and can verify chain of custody of any evidence. Do not do this yourself.

Thanx for your advice, it was already a thought, unfortunately I live in a city , )not just the city, but hole state( where they do as least as possible an have left it to me to prove other wise, not much.intelligence floating around,. I'm trying to upload file or attach it to post. , it is taking a long time, the last five minutes of video, police were their, it was my children an they are currently being held in shelter care with the mothers uncle, whom allows her to be with kids even tho she is supposed to be in a supervised visit, 2hrs a week, not only that the uncle corrupts my children 6yrs, 2yrs an 7mo old ,. Deamening me an further neglect, as well trying many other tactics to cut my rope short,. Lies , etc, they also paid 4 ppl to do a home invasion on me when me an her first broke up 5 yrs ago, I'm lucky to be alive, no arrest were made because the excuse they gave, (law enforcement) that I would be a unreliable witness cause they think I went unconscious,. If I had , is be dead from bleeding out. I'm fighting for my children due to mom using the system an said she neglected them cause she knew where they were going for shelter care, they were signed up first or appointed due to unknown reasons, false aqusations of me,. Please help,
