Hi All.
I hope you guys can help.
I want to stream a video (webcam) from my home/office to a website. I don't know where to start or more to the point which method is best. (I have checked google, thats how I found you guys).
I'd like a step by step if you can give one.
I was thinking a good place to start would be a IP Wireless Network Webcam.
Thanks for your help.

Ustream is pretty good.
Another way is with a webcam app on your tablet or phone.
You set up a "DDNS". (Dynamic Domain Name Server) link to the camera via the router.Last edited by budwzr; 26th Apr 2013 at 10:09.

What would be the best type of camera for this? I was thinking of a IP wireless security camera, but if you guys have a better option?
Thanks for your replies. -
Look up "IP Cam" on Amazon. Around the $100 range.
This one has been popular for a while: http://www.amazon.com/Foscam-FI8910W-Network-Camera-Two-Way/dp/B006ZP8UOW/ref=sr_1_1?i...eywords=ip+cam
The only tricky part is port forwarding your router.Last edited by budwzr; 27th Apr 2013 at 11:52.
