I need to build a small HTPC, but i would like to spend as little as possible. The most i want from this machine is to be able to run 1080p videos with no problem. What's the least hardware that can do that? I really dont like standalone media players, i need to setup an HTPC so i can have windows, and make the nesecary tweaks on software players.
I used to think of Zotac nano Boxes, but theyre kind of expensive in my country. Then i thought of an AMD with A4-5300 and 4GB ram, but even that comes at 250Euro and without case and PSU. Can i have something built with 150Eur that will handle FullHD playback?

intel atom boxes with a hard drive an 1gb ram run around $200. and you'd still need to buy windows or install linux. an amd e350 boxe maybe like this might be the way to go.
