I am trying to export my Premiere LT timeline to Mpg1 using the Panasonic Mpg encoder plugin so I can then burn it with Nero as a VCD. The problem is after the exporting has been runnung for a few minutes an error message comes up: "Video Data Rate or VBV Buffer size is too small.
When I go in to the advanced settings, I can't change the buffer size as it is not highlighted.
What settings should I be using in the advanced settings? Where can I learn to use this plug in?
