DVD-MovieAlbumSE 4.5

I've just purchased a new 3CCD panasonic 250 dvd camcorder.

I just shot a video of my daughters play. I've shot it on two seperate days from two different angles, each day on a diferent dvd disc. now I want to edit the best shots into one video. The problem I now have is that I can't seem to be able to join the two seperate videos. I've got the chapters I want on each of the video segments. Can anyone tell me how using DVD-MovieAlbumSE 4.5 I can slpice the two together?
