I downloaded some cue/bin files and I am trying to make a vcd with nero.
I go through the process and the disc burns fine. I'm using disc at once and have tried a variety of speeds. When I play the newly created disc in the dvd player it plays as if someone has their finger on the pause button and keeps pressing it every second. Very annoying and i cannot seem to figure out the problem.
Also, I have had this problem with a couple of burners, so it has to be a sw setting.
please help

Try burning your CD with 4x or even 2x. Your cheapy CDR quality is too low. Use slower speed and the result will be better.
