You need to understand that most of us don't use Nero at all. I have Nero 10 which I use for certain tasks. Nero is kind of a "jack of all trades, master of none" sort of tool that for many of us more experienced users just gets in the way more than it helps. But Roxio is worse. I will give Nero that.
Assuming that they didn't do something crazy in Nero 11 as opposed to earlier versions, here are various guides.

The following one talks about putting audio with your slideshow:

Sorry man, but maybe you need to seriously consider that you aren't very good at searching. Those took me seconds to find. -
Been doing movies for years no problem, And thought I was good at searching, But this is the first time for this and so far it's a pain in the ass. I will give those sites a shot.

Start Nero Vision, choose create a DVD (DVD-Video), click the Make button and choose slide show. You can add all your pictures and sound files in the media box, then, you just drag&drop each pictures in one of the squares in the layout box (use the storyboard layout). Double click a picture to set it's duration (you should be able to preset it for all the pictures, somewhere).
When you're done with the pictures, switch to the chronological layout and add you're audio; adjust the duration by sliding the end of the blue line. The rest is pretty intuitive. -
Thanks nic2k4, I guess I'm pretty dumb at starting new things, Thanks for this site and the people on it, But I'm still going to look for something else.

There's a learning curve involved in creating videos or side shows; it's normal to feel a little confused at first, but you get used to the tools you have.

Your right on nic2k4, I realized that every time I tried to add a song I wasn't checking the box marked my music, That was the problem! Has anyone heard of a program called Magix? According to some sites it is very good and easy to use for making side shows.
