  1. Hi
I am having a bit of trouble with a SVCD.
I am trying to extract the mpg from the CD to convert to VCD in TMPgenc (to reduce no of CDs)
This is nothing I haven't done many times before but for some reason I can't extract the mpg using isobuster all I get is a file that is recognised as music in media player.
I have also tried CDmage with no luck.

    Any suggestion please

    Thanks

Are you saying you have a ISO of a SVCD disk ? or the SVCD disk ?

  3. I have the SVCD disc on CDR. It plays okay in my DVD player (Yelo800) but that plays anything.

Ok, well the file will load into TMPGENc without convertion, as long as you have the mpeg 2 codec.

    Nimo for free copy
    PowerDVD 4, for TMPGENc Plus.

Where does the ISO buster come into it ?

  5. If it won;t work...try dvd2avi and open the mpeg, convert to avi, then to MPEG.

Is a hure way around...but tmpg should do the job.
