    I use DVDauthergui(mkv to mpeg then make dvd),
    dvd i working fine but subtitle is not there ?

    Did you add the subtitle in dvdauthorgui? Extract the sub with mkvextractgui-2 from the mkv

    Did you enable the subtitle in the dvd player? If using a software player you must play the real dvd by opening the dvd folder with for example MPC.
