    What is the easiest method/program to get me to flip a video horizontally, like below.

    In AviSynth it's FlipHorizontal(). VirtualDub has a "Flip Horizontally" filter. Just about every editor has such a feature. What type of video do you have?

    its a flv
    but i can always demux the thing and put it in another container

    i did some cutting to the video previously and when demuxing my audio is out of sync..
