    I have tried many different settings in Tmpgenc while trying to encode "Kiss of the Dragon" to SVCD, I used smart ripper, DVD2AVI and TMPGenc (TMPGEnc Plus-2.57.41.146) and no matter what settings I use I cannot get a good encode.
    The quality of the image is great when there is NO action but the instant there is any camera movement the interlace lines are so bad that it makes the SVCD unbearable.
    ANyone know how to cure thi problem? I dont recall having this issue with earlier versions of TMPGenc, but now that I have this version I am confused.
