    Hey Guys,

    I'm looking to record Football games in HD from my SKY+ HD Box to my PC.

    I have no component connections on the box so I'm hoping someone can tell me what my options are.

    Below is a screenshot of the box.

    Near 100% chance the HDMI out is HDCP protected.

    They want you to record SD only.

    Do you know of any devices that can circumvent the HDCP Protection?

    I do not have Sky+ or HD for that matter but....

    If the HDMI is protected then how could the HD tv display the signal ? Or is that a stoopid remark ?

    All HDTV sets with HDMI are HDCP compliant. Models with DVI-D in may or may not be HDCP compliant.
