I can't play any video .ts of my tv schontech LC 3242 UM or convert it

Hello everybody, as the title says i can't play any video of my schontech tv lc 3242 um and i can't convert it to any format too. This is in windows xp sp3 .

I have used: Total Video Converter, Aiseesoft HD video converter, aimersoft video converter pro, ts doctor, handbrake, Quick Media converter, Autogk, avs video converter 6, videoredo tv suite 4, super, xilisoft video converter ultimate 6, imtoo video converter ultimate, any video converter, videofab, tipard video converter and winff.
To convert it and is impossible.

For play it i have got klitecodec pack installed and i used vlc, kmplayer, windows media player classic and windows media player and impossible too.

And i tried to change the extension .ts to mpg and fail.

Can somebody help me to play this kind of video and convert it to avi?

please provide a clearer explanation of what you are trying to do. play files on the tv? play files from the tv? use mediainfo in text mode on what you are trying to convert and paste the info here.

SOrry for my english and thaks for replay, I want to play files from tv in PC.

MediaInfo only shows:

General

you could try running it through TsRemux.

When I try to open the file with TSRemux i get an error, i think it is because i have to install .net framework 3.5 because i have installed framework 2, frame work 3 and framework 4.

I'm installing 3.5, i will comment later.

EDIT: I have installed framework 3.5 and the error persist. The problem is when i try to open the file not when i run the program.
The error details says:

I tried tsremux0212.exe, 0.23.2, 0.22.1, 020 and i got the error:

Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore and attempt to continue... or Quit.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I have installed: framework 2.0 sp2, framework 3.0 sp2, framework 3.5sp1, framework 4, framework sdk 2.0 and sdk 1.1

While if i use tsremux018.exe, 016 the error is:

The specified file is not a valid TS/M2TS/EVOB/MKV file.

What can i do?
