I am having issues playing blu-ray's and dvd's through ArcSoft Total Media Player,CyberLink PowerDVD 10,and possibly more...so far the only thing that has worked is Media Player Classic. My issue is everything plays, I have all music, background noises, etc but, I have no voices! If anyone has any ideas please let me know!
Thanks
Jake
PS I wasnt sure where to put this so I just used newbie section!

Sounds like the players are picking 5.1 audio when you only have stereo "hardware".

Just to add, with 5.1 or other surround sound sources, the center channel usually has the dialog on it. But if your system is two channel stereo, you can set it to that and it should downmix so you can hear the center channel. Check your audio card settings. If you do a have 5.1 or better surround system, let us know and there are other things you can check.
