    Hi, I have a philips hts5580 Home theatre system connnected to a Samsung LED TV
    ican't play bd(A) how can i change the region from (b) to (A)

    You can't. You can't change BluRay regions unless you have one of the handful of BD players modified to allow this. I've never heard of this being possible with a Philips BD player.

    Yes....but VERY VERY VERY FEW players can change the Blu Ray region.
