    Yes, I´m not try. Rut I assure you that AVERTV do what you need.

    thats good and all but i was refering to a cheap capture card that will run 60 fps on my JustinTv/Ustream streams :P Advertv is great, but i cant afford it so the only way i can do this is to get is a H.264 4Ch DVR PCI Card 50/60FPS Security Camera Card and all i need to do is get the parts :P

    The PCIe Aver card is $100, I got mine for $80 on sale from Amazon last September. Its a steal for what it is. Also, what kind of upload speeds are you looking at? 60fps 720p video takes quite a bit of bandwidth. What most people do with the Avermedia card is use a HDMI splitter. Yes, it costs extra, but you can play games on your TV with no lag while streaming.

    My upload speed is 23mbps and download speed is like 8mbps download speed.
