It's a JVC GR-DVL300E, I found out a bit late that the "E" stands for Europe " i guess"

Any way, I want to work with Premere 6 & end up making DVD's in the flavor of DVR-R's Or DVR+r's...

Question, using this cam to capture most of the video, am I needing to have to run extra programs to output to NTSC format?
Changinf frame rate..Ect....?
