Is this possible? I have a spare VGA port on my laptop, and I currently have it connected to a second monitor. I have a TV here as well, with a single aux red/white/yellow port (which is S-Video and stereo audio, and is not RGB - I don't know the abbreviation for this). I was wondering if there was any way to connect the two and had no idea where to look. Thanks for any help you can give.

I cannot vouch for any of them, but you will probably need to look for something like this:

The red/white/yellow ports are called RCA composite video, where yellow is the video signal and red/white the audio. RCA is the plug shape, not the signal. S-Video has a different, 4-pin, connector.
The composite video signal is quite different from VGA, so you need a converter box to connect the laptop and tv.
Not to be confused with RCA component video, which uses 3 video plugs (green, blue and red for Y,Pb,Pr signals). -
You need a VGA to S-Video scan converter.

You don't say if you want NTSC or PAL encoding.

And keep in mind that composite and s-video are low resolution compared to computer monitors. The picture will be all fuzzy. Desktop text will be nearly illegible:
