I've tried 2 different capture devices lately and neither seem to work for me. One is a Dazzle photo and video maker and one is an ADS Instant DVD device. Both are external USB. The Dazzle installs fine but says there is no capture hardware installed when I try to use it. The ADS device installs everything except the ULEAD Video Studio software which won't install and when I try to capture it says again there are no devices installed. My USB ports are ok and there are no hardware conflicts with either device. Any idea? I'm running Windows ME if that means anything. I'm considering doing a complete HD fromat and reinstalling Windows to see if it clears everything up. Would this be my best bet?
