  5. your post and your reply to my question is why no one has responded to your question. People will assist when they have enough information. Since you included no information, again, I can't help you.

    1. If its the commercial DVD - return it and get a new one and throw away your copy

Here is a spoon feeder for items that people on this site can use to help you:

    1. I have a XXXXXXXX dvd player. My copy/original DVD is always/sometimes/gradual out of sync
    2. I copied this using xxxxxxxxxxx software(s) with xxxxxxxxxxxxxx settings
    3. It plays fine/doesnt play at all on my computer dvd player
    4. I have read the dvd rip guide(S) on the left side of this site and used XXXXX guide
    5. The guide for fixing out of sync errors did not work when I tried it
    6. I have search all over this forum and read xxxxx info and I am still unsure as how to do it

Now for my disclaimer, You may read this and think that I am an ass(it wasnt written with that in mind). This is what just about EVERYONE on this site wants to see before you ask a question. We do not mind answering questions for people, however, you cannot honestly expect people in this forum to write forever trying to explain all the possibilties since you did not include any info for us to help you nor take the time drag information out of you to get there.

So, please include more information if you want to get a response to your question(s)

  7. Yup i can totally understand your point about providing information. But initially all i am interested in is can this problem be resolved as the question asks, not can i have a description of how to solve the problem. Coz if it can then i will have a go and fixing it and if it cant i will return it to where i got it from.

But thanks anyway for the reply. Not saying that 2 wrongs make a right but the majority of questions are. HOW CAN I DO THIS (end) CAN I DO THIS (end).

If i can resolve it then i will put as much info as i can on here about my DVD BURNER what SOFTWARE i use etc etc etc
