    Hello. I just downloaded a dvd that has the wrong aspect ratio and i want to fix it. It is a DVD9 at 720x480 (NTSC 16:9) and the image is too squished. Is there any program that allows me to change it? Thanks.

    But it sounds more like that you have to resize to get it correct.
