Its been a while since I last post. (Feels like confession at church).

I have about 25 pictures that have a geotag. Is there a way to create a video with the pictures that will show the location of the pictures (on a map)? Something like a slideshow. I apologize if my question is not too clear.

The easiest way I can think of is to input the LAT/LON into something like Google Maps, take a screenshot, then add that to the slideshow.

I see, besides a screenshot, what software do you recommend for screen capture like those used for video tutorials?

I input the LAT/LON in Google Maps, get the view I want, then resize that with the browser size control to about 80%, or whatever works so you can see the full map, then just use the prtsc key on the keyboard, then open in MS Paint, resize by pixels and trim as needed, then output as a .jpg scaled to my slide size. The Google Earth program may give you more options, like 'flying' to the location if you want some animation.

Probably lots of other ways, but I don't do this too often. You could also use PowerPoint if you have that and want a more dynamic presentation. The freeware Open Office may have a similar program.

There are other screen capture utilities here: https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/desktop-screen-capture But prtsc and Paint works for me.

That is exactly what I want. Thanks I will capture the video first then use something else to insert the picture on the video.

PS: Its not the first time you help me out, thank you very much.
